A fully completed, signed and dated copy of this certificate confirms that:
- CPD-HP have provided and are satisfied with the financial profile for the project;
- DoH Investment Directorate Capital Resource Group is satisfied that the project is affordable within the DoH allocation;
- DoH Programme Management Group is satisfied that the cost is within the current approved allocation for the project; and
- the Client has the appropriate approvals in place to proceed with the contract at the total cost.
Prior to formal award of the contract, this certificate must be signed by a number of personnel.
