Circular CCPD 02/12 - The Children's Homes (amendment) Regulations (NI) 2012

On the 3 May 2012, The Children’s Homes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (The Children’s Homes Amendment Regulations) were made and will come into operation from 1 June 2012. This Circular outlines the changes made by these Regulations.
