Who Cares? Consultation Analysis Report

The first stage of the reform process was a six month consultation on the discussion document "Who Cares?  The Future of Adult Care and Support in Northern Ireland".This consultation process concluded on 15 March 2013, and a report summarising the findings of the consultation was published on 14 August 2013.
